We're Not Losing the Helping Professions to Burnout. We're Losing Them to Hazards We Stopped Questioning.
The government's Psychology Supply and Demand Study landed this month. We're already short, and heading for a near-complete shortfall by 2038. The proposed fix is to train more. Nobody's asking why we're losing the ones we've got — or what's actually producing the exits.
