Online psychological support - at a pace that feels manageable

Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stretched thin, or unsure where to begin — especially when work, responsibility, and life pressures have been building for a long time.

You don’t need to have the right words or a clear plan. This is simply a place to slow things down and work out what support might help.

You don’t need to be at breaking point to reach out.

This support may be helpful if you're...

  • Feeling stressed, burnt out, or emotionally exhausted

  • Managing work pressure, leadership demands, or workplace conflict

  • Adjusting to change, loss, or a major life transition

  • Tired of “coping” and wanting space to think clearly again

  • High-functioning on the outside, but struggling internally

You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from support.

What sessions are like

Sessions are collaborative, practical, and grounded. We move at your pace, focusing on what feels most relevant for you right now — not on ticking boxes or forcing insight.

Some sessions are reflective. Others are more structured or skills-based. Often, it’s a mix. We’ll work together to understand what’s been happening and help you regain clarity, steadiness, and confidence.

There’s no expectation to share everything at once, and no pressure to “perform” in therapy.

How Telehealth works

Sessions are held securely online via video, allowing you to attend from home or another private space.

  • Sessions run for 50 minutes

  • You’ll receive a secure link prior to your appointment

  • Telehealth is well-supported by research and works effectively for many people

  • Many clients find it more accessible and easier to fit around work and family life

Questions you might be carrying

It’s completely normal to have questions or doubts before starting.

Here are some of the things people often wonder before their first session.

1️⃣ Do I need to know exactly what I want to talk about? No. Many people come to their first session feeling unsure, scattered, or not quite able to put things into words yet. We’ll take the time to gently unpack what’s been going on and work out where support will be most helpful. 2️⃣ What if I’m not in crisis — is therapy still appropriate? Absolutely. You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from support. Many people come because they’re tired of “coping”, feeling flat, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns that no longer fit. 3️⃣ How long are sessions and how often do people usually come? Sessions are typically 50 minutes. Frequency is something we decide together — some people start weekly, others fortnightly or as needed. There’s no fixed formula. 4️⃣ Is there any obligation to continue after the first session? No. There’s no pressure or expectation to commit beyond your first appointment. You’re free to decide whether this feels like the right fit for you. 5️⃣ What is Telehealth like? Is it effective? Telehealth sessions are conducted securely online and are well supported by research. Many people find it more accessible and comfortable, particularly when juggling work, family, or energy levels. 6️⃣ Can I use Medicare or WorkCover? Yes. Medicare rebates may be available with a GP Mental Health Treatment Plan. WorkCover support depends on your claim status. Details are outlined below, and you’re welcome to ask if you’re unsure. 7️⃣ What if I feel nervous or emotional in the session? That’s very normal. Sessions move at your pace, and you’re always in control of what you share. This is a space designed to feel steady, respectful, and human.

How booking works (quick guide)

Once you click through to booking, you’ll be taken to my secure client portal. This is the system I use to protect your privacy and manage appointments safely. Here’s what to expect: 1. Choose a time that works for you Select an available appointment that suits your schedule. There’s no need to decide anything beyond this first session. 2. Enter your details in the secure portal You’ll be asked for some basic information so the session can run smoothly. This is standard and confidential. 3. Receive your confirmation email You’ll receive an email with your appointment details and a link to your telehealth session. 4. Complete a short intake form (optional, in your own time) Before your session, you’ll be invited to complete a brief form. You don’t need to write anything perfectly — it simply helps me understand you a little before we meet. If you get partway through and need to pause, that’s okay. You can return and complete the process later — nothing is lost. Card details are collected to secure your appointment, but no payment is taken until after your session.

Payment and booking

To secure your appointment, card details are collected at the time of booking.

No payment is taken upfront. Your card will be charged after your session.

This helps hold the appointment for you while keeping the booking process simple and low-pressure.

Appointments can be changed or cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice.

Late cancellations or missed sessions may incur a fee, as the time has been reserved for you.
