Individual Psychology - Session Fees

Before listing fees, it may help to understand how sessions work.

Appointments are offered via secure telehealth and are tailored to what you need at the time. Some people come for short-term support around stress, work pressures, or life transitions; others use sessions to gain clarity and steadiness during demanding periods.

We’ll talk together about what feels most useful for you — there’s no set pathway or expectation to commit beyond what feels right.

No obligation to continue

Booking a session doesn’t lock you into ongoing therapy.

Some people attend a single session for clarity or support during a specific period. Others choose to continue for longer. That decision is always yours, and we’ll review it together as needed.

Clinical Psychology - Individual Session Fees

$250 per session (from 1 August 2026).

The Australian Psychological Society recommends a fee of $330 per session. My fee is $250 — a deliberate choice to make quality psychological support more accessible, without compromising on care.
Rates shown are for private/self-funded sessions. WorkCover and Medicare-funded sessions are billed according to scheme guidelines.

Session fees reflect the depth of experience and specialist support provided.

We work with people navigating high pressure, responsibility, trauma exposure, and cumulative stress — often while holding leadership, caregiving, or complex professional roles. Sessions integrate evidence-based psychology, neuroscience, and practical strategies to support clarity, recovery, and sustainable performance.
